Our Story Aqua Techs Pools and Spas LLC was founded in 2009 by Dominic Mentneh with a single mission: to give Albuquerque homeowners a pool contractor they could actually trust — one that showed up on time, communicated clearly, and delivered quality that lasted. What started as a small, family-run operation has grown into one of New Mexico's most respected pool construction and remodeling companies.
